Fairly clean hotel, I really enjoyed smart and outstandingly accommodating staff. The morning meal was fresh and perfect with pleasant waitress and bacon and good coffee. Tbh, had a relaxing stay for a business trip to Taunton.

A twin room with good shower has basic facilities you need.

Appreciated fresh made and very good breakfast and had a really really nice stay overall which was main purpose of our visit. The venue was set in the very central position close enough to shops, and the venue of the wedding.

All the rooms are airy with comfortable bed and the staff is incredibly welcoming. The location is marvellous, very close to city centre.

The four poster bed in our large room was incredibly comfortable, making for a relaxing and restful stay. the breakfast served at the hotel was well cooked and satisfying. the hotel's location was also a key advantage, as it was just a short walk away from the bustling high street.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the rooms appeared dated and could benefit from some updates.

Marvellous location - next to the main shopping centre, the lovely Vivary Park and Taunton on the last weekend of September. A huge variety of food options just a short stroll away from the venue.

The location of Taunton House Hotel is incredibly convenient. It's situated right in the heart of town, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of shops nearby, so you'll have everything you need within walking distance. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast that is sure to start your day off right. And you won't want to miss dining at Albatross, the hotel's fantastic restaurant. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a historic fortified castle.

The location is marvellous, 1 km from The Museum of Somerset. It offers good services. Would return here if ever in Taunton, it was dope!

This hotel is a hidden gem right in the heart of town. You can't beat the location - within a stone's throw of the shopping center and all the main attractions. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is served by a pleasant waitress who ensures everything is just right. The shower in the room is fantastic, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. this hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices, attention to detail, and basic amenities.
